Room numbers, rent, and who is in them. Twelve rooms takes about five minutes, once.

Tap when they pay

Cash or transfer, one tap marks the month. The board updates and the receipt is kept.

Let it do the asking

It drafts the reminder for anyone unpaid, in your words. You read it and send.

What it will not do
